The body radiates light, seized by an energy that erupts from its solar plexus and pours out without direction or measure, unconcerned with where it will touch. Within it, circular forces in shades of blue and red move through the body and intertwine in motion. It dances with them, allowing itself to be traversed by this flow. It is the expression of sharing in its fullest power, an overflowing grace.
The light is born from its own centre and expands without establishing boundaries between what illuminates and what is illuminated. It is the Sun itself: it radiates effortlessly, without choosing where its light will touch, without distinguishing what deserves or does not deserve to receive it. The small stones scattered on the ground are under the same light that envelops the body. The Sun is unconcerned with the form of what it encounters; its nature is to radiate.
We stand before the invitation of this consciousness: after passing through our own shadows, it is possible to experience life again with the whole body, in openness, surrender and presence. To radiate again.
